Sauted Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Heat Pan and Pour a reasonable amount of oil in it.
1 Onion (sweet if you can)
4 Pati-Pan
2 Tomatoes
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbs Fresh Herbs of your choice
Variations:
1 egg Plant
Preparation

Chop your Onions and wait for the pan to be just the right heat. then toss the onions in and stir constantly until they are a light shade of brown. then add the thinly sliced pati Pan and stir again until the onions are a clearly Darker shade of brown. add Garlic, Herbs, and tomatoes.
when you are all done, place neatly on a plate of in a bowl, Depending on who you are serving this too, you can have a serving of half to quarters.
