Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 teas. salt
1 cup Crisco
7+ tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 egg
Preparation

Mix flour and salt. Cut Crisco into flour until pea size clumps. Beat water, vinegar and egg in separate small bowl and add to flour mixture. Mix until just wet and roll into three balls. (or two if using deep dish pie pans) Roll out crusts, using small amount of flour to prevent sticking.
(I often chill the dough for 1/2 -1 hour before rolling)
