Breaded Catfish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 catfish fillets
    bread crumbs, add 1/2 tsp crushed parsley, 1/4 tsp salt, dash of pepper, and garlic powder.
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry fillet. Cut in half, lengthwise. Dip in beaten egg white to coat, coat with bread crumb mixture and place on greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
