Grain Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Salad
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 red onion
1c cracked wheat
1 can lentils or chickpeas
2 T toasted pumpkin seeds
2 T toasted slivered almonds
2 T toasted pine nuts
2 T capers
1/2c currants
juice of one lemon
3 T olive oil
salt
Topping
1 c thick greek yogurt
1 T honey
1 t cumin seeds toasted and ground
Preparation

Cook cracked wheat as directed. Drain lentils. Chop cilantro, parsley, and red onion. Mix all salad ingredients together. Mix topping ingredients.
Serve salad with dollop of yogurt mixture.
