Chili Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chopped chili peppers
    8 eggs
    2 Tbls milk
    1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
    10 slices dry white bread cubed
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine
    1 diced roasted red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Lightly beat eggs and milk together. Mix melted butter and bread cubes. Add peppers and toss. Transfer to 9x13\" baking dish. Add cheese. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

    Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
