Mom'S Quac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Haas avocados
    Juice from 1/2 of one lime or lemon
    1large clove of garlic finely minced
    1/4 C finely chopped red onion
    Hot pepper sauce (tobasco or similar) to taste
    Salt/Pepper
    2 small tomatoes diced with seeds removed
Preparation
    Remove avodacos from skin and pit. place in bowl, cover with juice. add garlic, onion, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Take 2 knives and criss cross cut the avocados (don't mash - you want it chunky) taste for seasoning. Fold in tomatoes. Serve!
