Mom'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Combine all wet ingredients and then add the dry ingredients. Mix until just blended. Pour into greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick.
Option: Can pour into greased muffin tins. Cook a little less
