Chitterlings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5lbs of Pre - Cooked Chitterlings
    3 Cups Water
    1/2 Cup of Vinegar
    3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Teaspoons of Hot Sauce
    3 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
    2 Teaspoons of Accent or Salt
    1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Preparation
    If Chitterlings are pre - cooked in a sauce, rinse chitterlings until sauce is completely removed from all of chitterling pieces.

    Combine water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, accent and black pepper in a large cooking pot. Then combine 5lbs of chitterlings. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes until ingredients begin to boil. Lower heat and allow to cook for anouther 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Chitterlings should be tender enough to cut with a side of a fork. I highly recommend preparing a day ahead of time.
