Mega Life Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups mixed lettuce greens
    1 carrot peeled and grated
    1/4 cup grated beets
    1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
    6 cubes of marinated tofu
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    3 tbsp toasted nuts and seeds
    (cashews, sunflower seeds, flax seeds)
    Creaming sunflower dressing
    2/3 cup raw sunflowers
    3 cloves of garlic
    1/3 cup of grapefruit juice
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 cup filtered water
    1 cup of spinach
    1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
Preparation
    Toss salad with dressing
    make a ring of grated carrots around the edge of the bowl. On top of the lettuce, in the center of the ring, put some grated beers. On top of the grated beers, form a doughnut shape out of the alfalfa sprouts. In the center of the doughnut, put tofu cubes, parsley, nuts and seeds
    Arrange steamed spinach in a pile on top of the buts and seeds. . Drizzle with 1 tbsp of dressing
    Garnish with sunflower sprouts and serve
