Festive Holiday Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe avacados
1 large tomato
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
black olives pre-sliced for garnish
Preparation

Peel the avacados and mash the pulp. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and chili powder and mix well. Peel and seed the tomato and cut into medium-sized chunks. Stir in tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Heap onto corn chips. Garnish with black olives.
