Hearty Potato Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 can Chicken Broth(14oz)
    8 chicken wings
    1 cob of corn (cut into 1 inch disks)
    1 tsp chicken Boullion
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Season well with salt and pepper and bake the wings in oven set to 400 degrees until skin is very crispy (about an hour..the juices in pan should have evaporated completely). Peel and chop 5 potatoes into chunks. Boil in broth. When cooked, puree in processor and return to pot. Chop remaining potato into bite sized chunks. Add potato, cooked chicken,chicken boullion and corn to pot. Simmer until potato and corn are cooked.
