St. Joseph'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    milk (approx. 1/4 cup)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    Flour (enough to make a batter)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Add flour as is needed to make a batter of a similar consistency to pankcakes.

    Fry in Crisco until brown and then turn to brown on the other side. When done, place on a paper towel to drain. Serve with granulate sugar on top!
