Grilled Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Head of fresh broccoli
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Fresh paremesan cheese
Fresh lemon juice
Garlic salt
Preparation

Divide crowns in half so you have a flat side. Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Dry off as much as possible so olive oil will stick. Coat in olive oil and salt and pepper. Then place the flat side down and char it over open flame. Flip and dust with olive oil from pan again. Place broccoli flower side down (standing upside down basically). Then flip and grill remaining side. Cover grill for 5 minutes.
Remove from grill. In pan, while still hot, squeeze lemon and lightly coat with fresh parm and garlic salt.
