Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    \t2 lb Ground beef
    \t2 Quarts Water
    \t1 oz Can 28oz. Tomato sauce
    \t1 can 28oz. Diced tomatoes, undrained
    \t2 Cups Cooked long grain rice
    \t2 Cups Chopped green pepper
    \t1/4 Cup Packed brown sugar
    \t2 tsp Salt
    \t2 tsp Beef bouillon granules
    \t1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
    In large dutch oven, brown ground beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until peppers are cooked.
