Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 3 oz package cream cheese
1 Tablespoon butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chosed walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix together all cake ingredeints until moistened. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Turn out of pan onto wire rack and cool completely. Frost.
Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar - 1/2 cup at a time. Fold in nuts.
