Stuffed Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Baby red potatoes
    Sour Cream
    Caviar
    Crumbled Bacon
    Chili
    Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Oil for frying
Preparation
    Bake potatoes whole for about 15 minutes, until fork tender.
    Split in half and carefully scoop out some of the center to make a small well.
    Heat oil in deep fryer. Fry potato halves until crisp.
    Top in the following ways -
    cheddar and bacon
    sour cream and caviar
    cheddar and chilli
