Garbanzo Kick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Can of garbanzo beans in water
    1 Box of cream cheese, softened
    1 Small jar of chopped pimentos
    4-6 Pitted olives
    2-4 Capers
    Dash of Hot Sauce
    Salt & pepper to taste
    White or whole wheat bread.
Preparation
    - Drain garbanzos and pimentos, mix with rest of ingredients.
    - Place everything in blender and blend thoroughly
    - With a small spatula or butter knife, spread mix on one slice of bread, add another slice (make a sandwich)
    - cut rind off the sandwich and cut it into four squares.
    - Serve immediately. If not, place a cup of milk and a tablespoon water in a small bowl and dab both outer sides of sandwiches to maintain fresh.
