Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons ground flax seed
    6 tablespoons water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon cloves
    15 ounces pumpkin (canned or fresh)
    1 1/4 cups soy milk
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Mix flax seed and water together; set aside.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves together.

    Add pumpkin, soy milk, and your mixture to the above. Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Knife should come out clean when done.
