Grandma Graham'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Can Evaporated Milk
    2-1/2 Cups Whole Milk
    1-1 lb. Box Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 29 oz. Pumpkin
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    1. Warm evaporated and whole milk in a double boiler.

    2. In a separate bowl, mix nutmet and cinnamon with 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix in with rest of brown sugar.

    3. Add salt and pumpkin to sugar and spice mixture.

    4. Combine the milk and eggs.

    5. Stir milk/egg mixture into pumpkin mixture.

    6. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
