Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 stalks celery, split lengthwise and sliced
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1 small can or bottle of sliced mushrooms
    4 red snapper filets or other mild, firm white fish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    In a small skillet, slowly melt butter. Add mushrooms (including their liquid, celery, onions, and thyme. Saute slowly until celery and onions are transparent. Remove from heat.
    Lightly salt and pepper fish filets and place them in a lightly buttered baking dish. Smother them with the mushroom mixture and bake until fish is done, approximately 20 minutes.
    Serve on individual plates.
