Carolina Bbq - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions sliced
5-7 lbs pork butt or shoulder
Season Mix:
2 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Vinegar Mixture:
1 cup apple cider vinegar
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 T. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Rub pork with seasoning mix (best if you do this 2 hours ahead of time, but not totally necessary):
Put in crock pot and pour vinegar mixture over pork
Cook on low overnight or 12 hours. Shred pork when done
