Butter Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Matzo
1 stick margarine + 2 Tbsp. margarine.
2/3 c. sugar
2 cups semi-sweet or peanut butter chips.
chopped nuts
Preparation

Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Lay out matzo to cover all of the space. (Only break it up if needed to fit the space.)
Melt margarine; add 2/3 cup sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour over matzo and bake 12 min. Take out of oven and immediately put on the chips.
Let them sit a few minutes. Then spread to edges. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate until cold and peel off foil. Break matzo into pieces. May freeze.
