Stealth Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Meat or Fish (Swordfish is best, or Salmon) enough for however many people you are serving -about 3oz cooked per person.
    Nuts! Nuts! Nuts! -The nuts make this salad; choose a nice toastable nut like pecan, or walnut or even sliced almonds.
    Big bunch of dark, rich greens, with some romaine mixed.
    Veggies of your choice, but I like tomato, chives, snap-peas, shredded carrots, cucumber, beats, celery, and throw in a few beans (canned red or black, be sure to rinse them).
    Some kind of Ginger-herb-Lime dressing- for marinade and dressing salad.
    Nice 12 grain bread (warmed) for sopping up dressing.
Preparation
    Marinate meat or fish in dressing (add a few specks of crushed red for extra mean-ness, also a little extra lime and fresh herbs if you got em')

    Prepare veggies -shredded carrots and cukes are more flavorful, everything else,
    Toss meat on grill, when done, cut into nice little pieces, set aside to cool.

    Dress veggies right before serving top with meat or fish and squeeze of lime.

    Bread on the side with oil if you'd like.
