Apple Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups apples, mashed (run through food processor first)
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Butter and flour two 9\" loaf pans. Beat sugar and oil in large bowl until blended. Mix in mashed apple 1/2 cup at a time. In another bowl, mix flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Stir into apple mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Mix in cranberries.

    Divide batter between the two loaf pans. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
