Rice Pudding - Rich & Creamy With Caramel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 CUP ARBORIO RCIE
    2 CUPS OF WATER
    SALT (PINCH)
    1 CINNAMON STICK
    1 QT. HALF & HALF (ADD MORE)
    1/2 - 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    1/2 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
    1/3 CUP CONDENSED MILK
    1 TEA. VANILLA
    FOR CARAMEL
    1 CUP SUGAR
    1/2 CUP OF WATER
    1 ORANGE PEEL
    1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    2 TBS. BUTTER
    SALT (PINCH)
Preparation
    RINSE RICE WITH WATER UNTIL CLEAR.
    BRING WATER,SALT,& CINNAMON STICK TO SIMMER OVER HIGH HEAT.
    ADD RICE AND SIMMER ABOUT 10 MIN MORE.
    STIR IN HALF & HALF & BRING TO A BOIL.
    REDUCE HEAT SIMMER ON FOR 30 MIN.
    STIR IN CREAM, BROWN SUGAR, CONDENSED MILK,& VANILLA.
    SIMMER AND STIR 20-30 MIN.
    COVER PUDDING WITH PLATIC WRAP AND CHILL.
    CARAMEL
    SUGAR, WATER & ORANGE PEEL TO BOIL TO A CARAMEL COLOR. ADD HEAVY CREAM, BUTTER &SALT
