Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Onion, carrots celery, potato, chunks of chicken (any other veggies you like-peas, corn green beans, greens)
    roux
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup butter
    chicken stock
    salt, pepper
    Biscuit
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon tartar
    2 teaspoon sugar
    2/3 cups milk
Preparation
    I like to lightly saute veggies. Make a roux. Add stock and stir until thickens. Put vegies and chcken in casserole dish. Pour sauce over veggies. Bake at 350 for xx minutes. Make biscuits to put on top Sift all dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add milk. Knead for only 30 seconds. I like to double the recipe for bisuits and have extras. Bake the extras at 450 degrees 10-12 minutes.
