Mom'S Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds flank steak or rump steak
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    3/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    1. In shallow pan, combine all ingredients except steak.

    2. Add steak, turning to coat with marinade.

    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.

    4. About 20 minutes before serving, preheat broiler or grill.

    5. With broiler, broil 5 minutes on each side or until medium rare. On grill, broil 5 minutes on high each side and then turn heat to low for 4-5 minutes on each side.

    6. Slice diagonally across grain.
