Raw Almost Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups alfalfa sprouts
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup sprouted lentils (or 1/2 cup Mungbeans
    3 tablespoons almond butter
    1 tablespoon kelp
    1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Animos
    1/2 cup onion
    Two stalks celery
    1 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
    Place 2 to 3 cups alfalfa in a bull and put aside,

    In a food processor, combined sunflower seeds, almond butter, bread egg, kelp, mung beans and lentils and blend until smooth.

    Add in onion and celery and pulse chop until onion and celery are blended but still chunky.

    Remove from food processor and pour over alfalfa sprouts. Mix well

    If there is too much sauce add some more alfalfa sprouts. Add sea salt taste.

    Note: if this seems bland add more sea salt. You will need a good amount of salt to bring out the flavors of this dish.
