Simlplified 2" Steak Grilling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Steak
    Salt (sea/kosher preferable but most people won't be able to tell if you just use regular salt)
    Canadian/Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend
    Grill
Preparation
    - open up steak package
    - sprinkle salt over all external surfaces. It's hard to overdo it, but don't go crazy.
    - gently rub salt into meat
    - repeat with candian/montreal steak seasoning
    - time allowing, let marinate for 30-60 minutes. If you like your steak medium rare, put it in the fridge.
    - pre-heat grill to 550.
    - if grill is large enough, keep a small section at low temperature. If not, turn the burners down to low after the next step and reduce the cooking time by 3 minutes. the point to making it
    - sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
    - on lower heat, cook for 6-8 more minutes for rare or 13-16 for well done
    - eat within 10 minutes of removal from grill
