Ingredients
    Dark rum
    Frangelico
    7-up
    Orange or FRESH Meyer lemon Juice
    Crushed ice
Preparation
    Fill glass with crushed ice
    Pour in a bunch of rum
    Add a healthy splash of Frangelico
    Add OJ or FRSH Meyer lemon juice if you have it.
    Top off with 7-up for fizzyness
