Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1 None orange, zested and juiced
    1 lb strawberries, hulled and halved
    1 None pineapple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    None None lemon balm, to garnish
Preparation
    Combine sugar, citrus zest and juice in a bowl. Add the rest of the fruit, mix, cover, and leave to steep for 30 mins.
    Serve fruit salad in bowls, garnished with lemon balm.
