Barbecued Chicken With Garlic And Caper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp capers, rinsed, drained
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
    1 lb chicken breast fillets
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic, capers and oregano. Set aside.
    Lightly oil a frying pan and place over high heat. Cook chicken until browned on 1 side. Flip over and add 1/2 the butter mixture. Cook until chicken is just cooked through. Serve with remaining butter mixture.
