Penne With Bacon, Peppers, And Tomato Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz box) penne
    1 tbsp oil
    4 oz bacon cut into thin strips
    1 None onion, peeled and cut into thin strips
    1 None red and 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips
    2 tsp tomato paste
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    4 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves cut into strips
    None None grated Parmesan, to serve
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the bacon and onion for 2-3 mins. Add the peppers and tomato paste and cook for 3 mins. Add the cream and simmer for 5 mins. Season with salt and black pepper and stir in the parsley.
    Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately with Parmesan.
