Tuna And Cannellini Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (13.5 oz) cans cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
    1 (15 oz) can tuna drained, flaked
    1 None small red onion, peeled, finely chopped
    2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 oz pitted black olives (optional)
    3.5 oz baby arugula
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except arugula. Season.
    To serve, toss salad with arugula.
