Baked Camembert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 x 8 oz rounds of Camembert (can substitute brie)
    5 None onions, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 None apples, cored and diced
    2 tbsp dried thyme
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2/3 cup honey
    4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
    None None Fresh thyme, for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Place the cheese on a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
    In a bowl, mix the onions, apples and dried thyme. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion mixture, stirring, for 2 mins. Season to taste. Stir in the honey.
    Remove the cheese from the oven and spread with the onion mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with thyme.
