Chicken And Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None rotisserie or roasted chicken, skin and bones removed, shredded
    7 oz green beans, trimmed and blanched
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup mint leaves
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    None None FOR THE GINGER DRESSING
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp mirin
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Combine the chicken, green beans, tomatoes, onion, mint and cilantro in a large bowl.
    For the ginger dressing, whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
