Portobello Mushroom Burgers - cooking recipe

4 None portobello mushrooms, stalks trimmed
2 None tomatoes, halved
4 None bread rolls, halved, toasted
1 None red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups arugula
None None fries, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray and arrange mushrooms and tomatoes on it. Drizzle with oil and bake for 15-20 mins, until beginning to soften.
Place a mushroom and a tomato half on one half of each roll. Top with red onion and arugula, then the other roll half. Serve with fries.
