Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tbsp fruit vinegar
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp oil
2/3 lb cheese, coarsely grated
1 1/2 cups cornichons, drained and sliced
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
2 None pears, cored and diced
Preparation

Whisk the vinegar, honey and oil. Season then toss with remaining ingredients.
