Strawberry Banana Bruschetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup ricotta
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4.5 oz strawberries, thickly sliced
1 None small banana, thinly sliced
2 tsp light brown sugar
4 slices ciabatta bread
Preparation

Mix the ricotta, honey, orange zest and cinnamon in small bowl until smooth.
Combine the strawberries, banana and brown sugar in a small non-stick frying pan and stir gently over a low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Toast the bread. Spread with the ricotta mixture, top with the fruit and serve.
