Thai Mango And Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lemon, juiced
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    None None Mango Chicken Thai Salad
    1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves halved
    1 None mango, peeled, sliced
    3.5 oz bean sprouts
    4 None spring onions, shredded
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
    1/2 None rotisserie chicken, shredded
Preparation
    To make the dressing, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, chili sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
    Toss together lettuce, mango, bean sprouts, onions and mint, if using. Cover and chill until required.
    When ready to serve, add chicken to salad, drizzle dressing over top and toss together.
