Layered Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups canned sweet corn
    2 None ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
    2 tbsp lime juice
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp taco seasoning
    1 None tomato, finely chopped
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    None None tortilla chips, to serve
Preparation
    Distribute sweet corn between 4 - 8.5 oz serving glasses. Mash avocados and lime juice together until smooth. Season. Spoon over corn. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning then spread over avocado layer. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
    Meanwhile, combine tomato and cilantro. Sprinkle over sour cream mixture. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
