Spinach Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz bow tie pasta
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1.75 oz pine nuts
    1.75 oz raisins
    2 bunches spring onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    8 oz baby spinach
    1 tsp grated nutmeg
    1.75 oz Parmesan, grated
    3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse until cold, then drain again and transfer to a bowl.
    Heat half the oil in a frying pan and cook pine nuts for 1 min, until pale golden. Add to pasta along with the raisins.
    Add remaining oil to pan and stir-fry the onions, garlic and spinach for 3 mins. Add to pasta along with with nutmeg and cheeses. Season to taste and serve.
