Individual Strawberry Royales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz mini jam swiss rolls, each quartered
    1 (3 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
    2 1/2 cups cold milk
    9 oz strawberries, chopped finely
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    None None pink food coloring
Preparation
    Distribute mini swiss rolls between 6 - 13 oz serving glasses, pressing into bottoms and sides.
    Sprinkle pudding mix over cold milk in a medium bowl then whisk until combined. Pour over swiss rolls then sprinkle with strawberries. Cover glasses and refrigerate for 30 mins, or until set.
    Whip cream, sugar and a drop of food coloring to soft peaks. Distribute between serving glasses to serve.
