Shrimp With Lime, Chili And Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 None red chili, deseeded, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
    3 tbsp peanut oil
    2 None limes, halved
    24 None raw shrimp, heads removed, butterflied
    12 oz watercress
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili, garlic, cilantro and 2 tbsp oil until combined. Set aside.
    Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill lime halves until browned lightly. Remove from heat. Brush shrimp with remaining oil and cook to your liking. Arrange shrimp on serving plates along with watercress. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with limes.
