Chicken And Coconut Milk Soup (Tom Kha Gai) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups coconut milk
    5 None dried kaffir lime leaves
    4 pieces dried galangal
    1 stalk fresh lemongrass, sliced
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp chopped fresh red chili peppers
    5 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Place coconut milk, lime leaves, galangal and lemongrass in a large saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil.
    Add chicken; reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, until the chicken is tender. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce, chili pepper and onion. Return to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 mins.
