Spinach And Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 oz green beans, sliced and blanched
4 oz baby spinach leaves
2 None oranges, segmented with juice reserved
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Combine green beans, spinach, orange segments, olives and walnuts in a large bowl.
Combine 2 tbsp reserved orange juice and olive oil in a small bowl and season to taste. Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
