Savory Salami And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None eggs
    100 ml soured cream
    100 ml olive oil
    200 g plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 None each red and green pepper, deseeded and finely diced
    198 g can sweet corn
    100 g Gouda, grated
    50 g salami, finely chopped
    None None Barbecue sauce and soured cream sprinkled with paprika, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Mix the eggs, sour cream and oil with a whisk until well blended. Add the flour and baking powder and season with salt and white pepper. Stir in the peppers, corn, cheese and garlic. Spoon into the muffin pan. Sprinkle with the salami.
    Bake for 25-30 mins until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 mins. Remove from the pan and cool completely on the wire rack. Serve with barbecue sauce and sour cream sprinkled with paprika.
