Veggie Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb red new potatoes, quartered
    1 cup small broccoli florets
    1/2 cup non-creamy Caesar salad dressing
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley leaves
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 9 mins, or until almost tender. Add broccoli and continue to cook for 2 mins, until broccoli is bright green and potatoes are tender. Drain then rinse under cool running water.
    Combine potatoes and broccoli with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season. Chill until ready to serve.
