Peach Clafoutis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp custard powder
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp skim milk
    3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    4 None egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 (13.5 oz) can peach slices, drained
    None None vanilla sugar, to sprinkle
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Spray a 9 inch pie dish with oil.
    Sift flour, custard powder and nutmeg into a bowl. Add brown sugar. Whisk together milk, yogurt, egg whites and vanilla. Whisk into dry ingredients then transfer to prepared pan. Arrange peaches over batter. Bake for 40-45 mins, until firm, puffed and lightly golden.
    Sprinkle with vanilla sugar to serve.
