Avocado And Prawn Salad With Creamy Dill Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch watercress, trimmed, washed
16 None cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
2 None avocados, pitted, peeled, thinly sliced
2 cups yellow baby tomatoes, quartered
1 None small cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
None None Creamy Dill Dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 None lime, zested and juiced
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine watercress, prawns, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber.
To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise, dill, vinegar, lime zest and lime juice.
Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss gently.
